We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Saudi national to join our team as a Motor Insurance Customer Care Officer. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of motor insurance, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Requirements:
– Saudi nationality (position open exclusively to Saudi nationals)
– Valid Insurance Foundation Certificate Examination (IFCE) – mandatory
– Previous experience in customer care, ideally within the insurance or motor sector
– Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies, claims processes, and customer support protocols
– Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
– High proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
– Ability to manage high volumes of inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
– Guide clients through policy terms, claims procedures, and coverage explanations
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure swift and efficient resolution of customer concerns
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
– Uphold compliance with insurance regulations and organizational standards
